I had the pleasure of working with the SHEMINS team at an event recently at Ascot. They kindly gifted me a Tikka masala stir in sauce which I was very excited to taste. A few days later I cooked this with some chicken for me and my mother and I must say this is the best source I've ever had outside of the curry house. Rich in taste and flavour, unique, and myself and my mother actually thought it tastes better than most curry house sources.
