A fantastically versatile curry paste made from a blend of fresh herbs and spices using the wonderful addition of tamarind, which gives the paste a delicious tang with a zingy undertone, and wholegrain mustard that adds heat, piquancy and sweetness.
Perfect with seafood but the paste itself is vegetarian, so it is just as good with all curries including dhal, stews, marinades, and to add a spicy twist to your own cooking.
All our products are made in small batches to our own original recipes, using only fresh and quality ingredients.
